Happy, but…
Have been using Zenpark for awhile. Convenient app 👍🏻… but twice has let me down. Maybe my own fault. Once, the parking lot I reserved was unreachable because of roadworks. And then again today, I began my reservation without being signed in. Once I signed in the price jumped by 30% for a 4 hour reservation. Not cool

App often doesn’t work and support is horrible
About once every 90 days the app won’t open the garage door. Support doesn’t work Sunday so we just did get to have a car that day... When I got a hold of them they hung up on me once, and then said the garage is connected and that everything was fine. Two different phones and one reinstall of the app and it wasn’t working but they say everything is ok? AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
