Hard to use with iPhone X
App displays the site but have no ability to see full page or move around page which causes loss of ability to use most features.
Update: thanks for developer response. Realize I was in a mobile browser view. This is caused by requirement from our org to use 2FA login that uses browser. There doesn’t seem to be a way to exit the browser to use the native app. Updated stars based on response and use of native app is a better experience. Anything that can be done about browser login and 2FA?

The mobile apps support Two-Factor if supported by your Single Sign-On. Please check out the following documentation https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/single-sign-on-overview.

Horrible.
Bugs out every day, functionality is not suitable for employees on the go. Support has given no solutions besides to keep reinstalling the app.
