Hours run provides insights into energy consumption for maintaining ideal temperatures at home and reveals heat source usage by day, week, month, or room (if zoned).
Hours Run provides you with information that you can use to see how much you have spent based on your gas or electricity rates. Compare from week to week to see how much more or less you have used. And, if you have multiple zones using more than one thermostat, optimise a room’s efficiency, be that insulation or temperature settings.

Terrible

Probably the worst and overly complicated system that I have ever had to deal with. Looking at options to have it removed and replaced by some by something is designed for the user.

Neo Heatmiser

Terrible upgrade to the interface, the screen colors are awful making it very difficult to read, they use light grey on a grey screen, the first app was white text on orange background which was equally as bad, who developed and checks this garbage?. did the black on white cost more. Not a user friendly app in any way, the screen doesn’t even rotate on the iPad, the programming is now far more complicated contacted customer service many times but they don’t care, some improvements to the hub but it’s still not 100 % stable.
I have this system as part of a smart home and can’t wait for my tech guys to find a suitable replacement for this second rate system. Some clown thought it would be good to give you 1/2 degree increments, WHY? The information on the hub can’t be transferred to a new hub so has to be re input, all in all it’s really rubbish

Not intuitive at all

Overall my smart heating control setup is probably more of a time waster than a time saver.

Every couple of months it stops working and everything seems to need rebooted. Help docs online are not helpful. It would be great the have a help section in the app that shows step by step instructions to determine:
1. Is the Neo hub connected to the central heating control (is an orange “link” light on the hub good or bad? Should it be green?)
2. Is each thermostat connected to the hub?
Etc.

I think the main problem with troubleshooting when it stops working is the delay between the app sending requests to the hub and the hub sending them to the central heating control, as this seems to take minutes. It would be great if the app included some kind of troubleshooting mode that gave more detailed info about the status of each component, e.g. the hub knows that it needs to turn the heating on, and it is connected to the central heating control successfully but it just hasn’t sent the command yet.
