Your subscription will automatically renew via your app store account 24-hours prior to the end of your subscription at the rate of $18.99 for one month. You can turn off the auto-renew feature up to 24-hours before the end of your subscription by going to your Account Settings after purchase. Still needs a ton of work
Do not upgrade. Stay on v47. The old version of this app was clunky and in dire need of an overhaul. With this new version they’ve somehow managed to make it worse. It’s slow, barely responsive. It can’t seem to remember that I’ve logged in. Issues apparently can no longer be downloaded for offline reading. The whole app seems like it’s just a frontend to web pages. The interface is completely different in landscape mode compared to portrait. Good luck trying to zoom in on anything. Given how much a PW subscription costs and how simple a magazine reading app should be, this really is unacceptable. I think maybe it’s time to get rid of GTxcel and find a new vendor to develop the app.
Frustrating app
I have been trying to purchase an individual issue for 3 weeks. Originally the “Buy” button was grayed out. Now it isn’t but it doesn’t work.
Embarrassment for publishing industry
Reminder of why the publishing industry is so slow and backwards in all things digital. Joke of an app.
