We've fixed a few things to improve your experience, including some essential new security features and improvements, as well as stability enhancements. Worthless for visitors

Are the app developers unaware that tourists visit the UK and rent cars? Impossible to set up an account with a non-UK phone number. No municipality or private car park should use this app for payment.

Utter, complete, absolute rubbish

Tried to use this app in Liverpool after one of their many broken parking pay machines did not work. The app and phone system failed me. The SMS failed but have no indication it failed, so I got a ticket. I suspect Liverpool Council knows their parking pay systems are all broken but sees it as an “enhanced revenue stream” issuing PCNs to all the hapless parkers. The total brokenness of the app and parking system has made me seriously consider no longer bringing my tour group to Liverpool.

Meter wouldn’t accept coins, app won’t accept international phone numbers.

I tried to sign up for the app and tried to pay cash to park in a location. The meter was out of order and the app would not allow me to sign up with a US phone number. Went somewhere else to park but will probably still get a fine.

Total rubbish!
