The Best One.
It’s amazing that it can be difficult to find an app for making slideshows without paying a monthly or yearly subscription.
Slidley is incredibly easy to use. It allows users to add music and it is free of nonsense subscription fees. 3 bucks gets you all the slideshows you’d ever want for the remainder of your life.

Waste of Money
The slideshow puts all the pictures in horizontal framing, so if you have pictures that were taken vertically, it cuts off the top and bottom. Wasn’t able to locate an edit option to fix this. Don’t waste your money. It’s the same features as iMovie, which is free on the iPhone
