With this calculator you can calculate your one rep max or calculate how much weight to put on the bar using your one rep max. When calculating a percent of your max, Lifting Calculator not only tells you what that percent is, but also breaks it down into how many of each plate you put on one side of the bar. It also comes with a note section for writing down your maxs or writing your workout for the day.

Perfect-just the basics

1RM and % of 1RM. No fluff to get in the way. Perfect for competitive athletes in real strength & conditioning programs. Not for Crossfitters, Rockthrowers, Tae Bo-ers etc.
Font could be a bit larger.
