Easy to use & Very detailed
I just moved to a new apartment, and I wish that I would've heard about this app before then. I love that you can filter your search to make it very specific to what you are looking for. I did a search, and I had about 15 results come up which was more than I was expecting in my very specific search.
I also love that after you look at one of the results, the pin changes color to show that you've already looked at it which is super helpful. Your results are also all pinned onto a map to show where they are located, so if there's a certain part of town you don't want to live in, you just don't look at those results. This feature makes a huge difference to me because most other cites similar to Abodo generate a list of options, and you have to learn to navigate to where you can see one option at a time on the map.
The amount of descriptive details and pictures on each home or apartment was also extremely helpful. I would say that this app simplifies the rental process (apartment or house) significantly; therefore, the next time my husband and I look to move, we will definitely be using this resource!
Extremely useful
What a great idea for an app. It was always tough for me to find the right apartment during my colleges years but with this app there were so many options. All of the options were so good and it was hard to narrow down the listings. This app allows you to filter by number of bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. This app is very helpful and I appreciate how easy it is to use.
Really useful app!
This app is really useful and easy to navigate, however my only complaint is that the pricing for the apartments on the app are way on the higher end. I tried several times to narrow down my options but it was a bit tricky to get the hang of. My only improvement recommendation would be to improve the pricing arrangement/pricing sorting feature and also to prevent multiple pop ups from appearing when scrolling through an area that doesn't have as many choices. It kept blocking me from using the search feature because my location didn't have anything available so I had to wait for the pop ups to stop so I could search better. Thanks!
