Longtime member: exceptional service
I joined BMIFCU in 1977 after starting my career at Battelle. Savings, loans, and financial advice were always there for me, then my wife, now for my family. The best thing though is the rapid service and response in person, on the phone, and now online from the staff and employees.
Can I revert back to the old app??
New app is pretty, but does not work. Every time I try to verify an account for mobile check deposit, it closes out of the app. Tried to send an email to support, but the email that was autofilled is “not valid”. Maybe fix the bugs before launching a new app??
Was just told by BMI that this is a known issue for iPhones and had been since October 2023. I have been a member since 1995 and this is the first time I have considered switching to another credit union.
BMI Review
Everyone at BMI are always ready to help with any questions or show you how to use any tool associated with on-line issues. I have been a member since 1985 and remain so. They all know my first name and always ask how am I doing. I consider all members of my family.
