Hi there is a lot of products in Nahdi Pharmacy the app is good but it’s a little bit sluggish and the text need to be bigger and the navigation of the app should be smoother. One more thing it need to be set clear either Pickup or Home delivery. It is preset to pick up. Then when you try to pay you discovered it’s a pick up not home delivery it’s not visible from the start . choosing pick up or home delivery should be at the end at the Payment time first page is wrong.

I heard from many work colleagues and I experienced my self they are the best company I deliver Ming on time and maybe faster that’s your expectation.

My feedback only about the availability of the stock sometimes I order online but when I receive I receive alternative items or they return my money if it’s not available in my area. I hope they find a solution for the availability of stock not online but also by area or cities. I hope they add the availability of the items depending on the customer location.

In summary I would consider ALNAHDI the best delivery company in 2022 especially in Jeddah.

Diversity of organic products is a key requirement

It’s a great company with a huge capabilities through tens of distributed branches kingdom wide, but it’s a bit disappointing to see such good places lacking a lot (almost nothing) of organic and none GMO supplements, they shouldn’t be focusing on the beauty products by compromising the other healthy products, we wish to see them offering these demands to stop purchasing from outside KSA.
