Description
PointClickCare's ChartPic application allows care providers to capture resident photos for the purposes of identification. Once the image has been uploaded it will automatically be updated in all areas of the PointClickCare EHR including the web application, POC and eMAR. This seamless integration helps save staff time and allows them to focus on what matters most - providing personalized care.

Terrible Design
After the new update I can’t even choose to upload photos. I have to take the photo within the app. There were times where I would lose signal, even on wifi and I had to bother patients more than 5 times to try and take the photo within the app. Bring back the option to upload photos from the phone gallery please.
Pixel quality is terrible
App is relatively easy to use but you cannot see the pic you just took in the app. That’s a definite design flaw. My phone camera takes awesome pictures but the images that come through in PCC are super low-res and blurry.
Simple and clean
New layout is clean and simple to use. Now the bad. Cannot open the pictures within the app, this makes it difficult to manage old and new pictures from within the app. Please add the ability to open from within the app. Five stars await.
