Perfect Balance of Content and Intuitive UI

Out of the box, this little gem of an app does brilliantly what many other ITSM apps struggle to do. It gives your IT teammates quick and intuitive access to what they need to have to service customers without including the things that would rarely be used and cause an app to seem cluttered, confusing or not user friendly. My hats off to the team that thought through the features and is making this one of my favorite work apps!

New update unusable

Before the overhaul the app was pretty polished and well received. Since the change to the UI, it has become unusable. If a ticket has more than one reply forget about seeing it all due to the limited space to view threads. Instead the app space is large with ticket properties when that should be a small portion as the real meat and bones are the responses on a ticket. So much wasted space at the top. It’s forcing me to now have to use a laptop each time and limits the ability to work tickets on the go. I hope you fix this because it’s really not a feasible solution. I only gave a 2 star because everything else works ok.

Great app but needs some work

I just started using Fresh service and this app and I'd like to use it exclusively instead of using my computer. It would be great if we could have a mobile web view or open the app directly when I text a link to a ticket to an agent or requester. I would like to see the "discuss" feature in the app. I would like to easily see the group, agent, department, category, sub-category and etc in the customize record list and display fields. Also on the desktop requesters are unable to choose group and agent show that screws up our current workflow automator.
