Very difficult to access their app.
I’ve been trying to pay for my premium since Oct with no success. They’ve sent me a link but it was not working.
Now they’re asking me to do all this troubleshooting but still not able to access and log in. We shouldn’t be going through all this inconvenience to pay our premium.
Invalid Password every time I Login
Via web or mobile, my password is always invalid whenever I login. I always have to reset it, it feels like someone is using my online account.
Keeps freezing in the dashboard view 😔
Everytime I log in, the app freezes after I enter my passcode or biometrics 😔
