Glitches

This app worked well and was very nice my granddaughter really liked it. But all of a sudden it started messing up. Touching screen would flip the screen making smears. Tried deleting and reloading, also tried locking screen didn’t help . Was only on this app. This app started as a 5 now down to a 1 it has to have been updated and this glitch was installed. It very irritating.
