Description

The FastChoice Nutrition Simplifier takes the boring out of tedious nutrition facts labels and boils down the relevant information into a single score, the FastChoice Score. Now you can quickly find the best food to eat at any of over 600 restaurants and restaurant chains around the world.

The FastChoice Score algorithm is based on the most up-to-date research in nutritional science. It takes into account both the caloric load and macronutrient profile to deliver a comprehensive, color-coded rating of each food item.

Select a restaurant and the type of food you want to eat, and FastChoice delivers a sorted list of the most and least healthy items in that category. Click on an individual item to see its specific nutrition facts and percent daily values.

Already have a favorite food in mind and want to see how it holds up against the FastChoice Score? No problem - with FastChoice functionality you can easily search a restaurant's entire nutritional database and quickly find whatever item you are looking for.

Great upgrade!

The choice of hundreds of restaurants and the ability to search by name is really powerful. I have to watch my salt intake and the search engine that allows you to find low salt menu items for each restaurant is incredible. There is nothing else like this out there. And it's free!

Thank you!!

Thank you sooooo much for updating the list of restaurants! Huge improvement and now this app is much more useful to me.

But a suggestion. Maybe give an option to hide certain restaurants so the list isn't as long to look through. There are many of these restaurants that are only in the western states of the U.S. for example, and I have no use for them to be on my list all the time when I've never seen one before. Other than that, great app!

Needs serving size

Exciting app for people on low sodium, but it can be misleading as there is no info on serving size. Example: It will list a sodium content for a individual pizza at BJs restaurant at like 370, but in checking BJs website this is just for one slice. To get the total for the whole INDIVIDUAL pizza, this needs to be multiplied by 4. Way too much for someone on a low sodium diet.
Please add the serving size, so people can make an informed decision
