My review for this game is good. No issues-playing on iPad Air. Only gripe was I wish it had been longer!! Exciting subject matter or at least interesting to me.😊 Sending all✨Light✨&💚Love💚✌️😎💋

This is not my review for this game. I refuse to rate anymore games until BigFish fixes a serious problem! I have been unable to replay many of my games & nothing is being done about this issue. Tried to play games & I keep getting the "no purchase found" msg & then I try to repurchase & it says I already own this game do I want to play for free ? YES!! Click that but then it says upgrade failed so I can't play my game😡😤😖 I urge you all to check games that are from this year or have even been updated this year because I have & all of them are NOT THE PAY ONCE & OWN FOREVER games they used to be and are supposed to be!!!! I've reported the problem & nothing has been done! Let BigFish know if you too are having this issue & stop buying these games until it's solved!! Thanks for your time✌️😎💋

CANDLE - Regarding the candle issue - I had the same issue but went to the guide and solved the other issues I still could solve and then somehow it lets you pick up the candle by touching it at the very top. Just remember to do everything you can, and you should be able to get the candle. Great story and ending. Interesting HOPs and mini games. The music is a bit slow and melodious but tolerable. Note to go back, touch to the left of the arrow. That can be frustrating if you don’t catch on to that. In the middle I had no clue where to put things so I kept hitting the hint button, which can be frustrating. I also had to consult the guide many times when the hint said something that was wrong. The guide definitely helps! So for the story and ending - five stars. Pretty long too! Adding here that the bonus game is really quite phenomenal, okay that could be a pun, but it is great! HOPs are interesting, most of the things to find are understandable, the map isn’t that big that you get lost and the characters are cool and cute. Good funny dialogue (where’s my dolphin?) The ending, once again, is great!
The only odd thing is, when I was doing this review, I noticed a duplicate file/version of this game for $2.99, when this version is $6.99. Looks like they both have the bonus content. Not sure what the difference could be except the cost.

I'm going to start right off and say that Alawar and Big Fish appear to have created a game that is close to flawless in fundamentals. No wait time between scenes, teleporting maps, puzzles and story lines that involve logic and not just guesswork. Good voice overs, cutscenes, graphics and dialogue. I've just done the trial, but also good to get out of snowy fairytale kingdoms and into modern times. But...but...but...

But (feel free to skip, it's why I'm not continuing and it is a "me" thing): I'm not comfortable with the premise of this game, and I won't be going past the trial. I don't like games or movies or any entertainer where children are being hunted or abused, and it bothers me more for some reason when it takes place in a somewhat contemporary setting. Some people are creeped out by rats, some by snakes...I guess this is my bug-a-bear. Some of you are probably easing your eyebrows....and yeah, I know, I know. Most of these stories have some kind of evil v good element. I guess, for me, a line was crossed in this one, as with a creepy school one a few games back. Maybe that last DK with the abusive lovers made me a little more aware of the storyline. End of rant.

I may have it wrong, there may be a spin in the story and it isn't what I think. I'll never know. But the game itself seems to tick all the boxes in terms of a good game. And kudos to the devs for originality, too. So 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️.
