This app shows you the calorie of what you have eaten or drunk in a fast food restaurant and sums all the calorie values and shows you the percentage of the calories for this meal to your daily calorie need, which is calculated by your physical situation.

Partial
Provides simple lists of food items with calorie values. Images of the food items helps with skimming for content.
Doesn't appear to list all food options for at least Arby's. Lists some unique drink options, maybe for Turkish customers.
Only offers data for 6 fast food/drink chains.
Could be updated a bit for at least the USA market. Send to be a reasonably good initial attempt.
