Not great phone support.
The thing is, the app itself is pretty nice and very user friendly. So although user support needs some work, when the folks at Snapcard finally do get the ball rolling, the app does a very nice job.

I wrote a long in-depth review about how horrible this afternoon and they did not even let it post which proves there's cameras otherwise my post and were you would've been on their stay far away from the company
Works ok...but
I liked the system at first, because the live service reps were helpful in getting me started. The app works, but this is the third time it has kicked me out of Touch ID on my iPhone. Then it won't accept any new password I try to create, even though the PW meets their requirements. Seems kind of buggy, if I'm gonna use a service that is responsible for daily transactions with my money, I'm gonna need it to be very reliable. Other than that, Bitcoin transactions are relatively timely and that's a big plus!!! I just wish I could actually get ahold of a live person since I signed up?.......
