What’s New

Version 1.12.0

Howdy do!

We've made some software and firmware updates to give you more control over your robot:
-When the robot is powered off, plugging in a charging cable will no longer cause it to power on.
-The power button now pulses with light when the robot is charging.
-You can now see the robot's battery level, thanks to the battery indicator in the app.

We’ve also fixed some bugs and made general improvements.

Great but could use improvements

I just reopened these, I’m 10 now, and they’re STILL really fun! It’s really cool how you can control Dash and Dot in real time, however, I feel like you could add a few updates. I would love a new Dash and Dot robot release or add-on that would let you see where he is going on the app. It would be great if I could communicate better, (for example, using input voice live instead of using pre recorded samples) and other than that, it’s great! However, before buying, you gotta check if what you have works. I’ve seen a lot of 1 star reviews just because they A. Put everything into the hands of a toddler. B. They are a toddler. C. They are a parent who didn’t put enough forethought. Don’t be any of those. If you’re a toddler, or are having trouble, just ask your parents for help.

Great but could use an update

I think that he should have a camera. Along with that he should be able to take pictures, and send them to your iPad or phone. You should also be able to see what he sees on you iPad phone or whatever you play on. Instead of saying things for him to say I think you should type it, because if someone asks dash a question that you don’t already have him ready so he can respond to it when you say it people can here you when they want to hear dash. When you type it they can’t hear so it doesn’t ruin the excitement of guessing what he’s going to say. That’s what I think about the game, but overall it’s awesome.
