Not compatible with new iPhones
Unable to view on iPhone 12. Works fine on my old phone and computer. App open, shows grainy snap shot and can’t load video. I’ve reloaded, refreshed, etc. etc.
Does not work on iPhone 11 Pro
App has always been hit and miss regarding connection quality. However, ever since I have gotten the new iPhone. The app will not let me see anything live and always ends up saying the connection is not available. Please fix.
Quick fix by the developers. Now we are up and working. Thank you!
App does not work with iPhone 12
The app works fine on iPhone 10 and 11 but the video never loads on the iPhone 12. We’ve called Cox several times and they don’t have any information about when it will be fixed. It’s shocking that a company like Cox is unable to fix this or give an estimated date when this could be fixed.
