Amazing App!!!!

This app will teach you everything you need to know about estates, future interests, and the confusing rule against perpetuities. This app is great for 1Ls during their property class and 3Ls who need a refresher for the bar. This app simplifies the concepts with helpful pictures drawn by the Professor's kids and graphs that take you through the complex future interest concepts. Well worth the money and highly recommended.

Property: Einstein-Style

Einstein said, "If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough." This app puts "property" simply and in our hands. Balancing clarity, thoroughness, and practicality is forever a law student's struggle; this app puts that balance in a grasp. Learn "property" standing in line, on a run, or in between texts ha - I can maximize my time with this app! (And the drawings are a perfect touch - entertaining and great for visual learners!)

Extremely Helpful App

This app is fantastic if you are just learning about future interest or if you believe you have a firm grasp and just want additional practice. The application does a fantastic job of breaking down all the conveyances and explaining them in an easily understandable way. I highly recommend for any law student or property enthusiast!
