Description

iUFlow app is a Bladder Diary on your mobile. Download to track and monitor toilet trips.
Bladder Diary. iUFlow is a fully automated voiding / bladder and stool diary.
It is FREE and UNLIMITED toilet diary (pee log, runpee and stool log).
Best for Bladder tracking.

Urine tracker enables the recording of intake and output (urine) to track bladder activities, as well as recording bowel movement - poo - using a Bristol chart (to track normal, constipation, diarrhea etc) for a perfect digestive tracker and poo journal.

Keep track of your bladder and bowel movements easily on your mobile, then easily share the diary with your doctor. A complete urine log or a bathroom log is a basic source of data for treatment.

You can use the Bladder Diary App as a comfortable water/urine reminder during the time of completing your electronic bladder diary. It's better than a water tracker. Finally, an easy way to remember to drink more water!
The app further allows the automation of the urine measurement (flow rate uroflow) by using the iUFlow device which is an optional item.

The iUFlow Uroflowmeter is currently available for orders in US and AUS.

A detailed bladder diary may be important and useful for health issues related to kidneys, sleep behaviors, the cardiovascular system, prostate enlargement, urinary incontinence, and Lower Urinary Tract symptoms (LUTS).

The app can be used freely!

Great, simple app that fit the bill

I had some really serious medical issues recently, including massive urine retention. A catheter was put in by an ER nurse to drain 1100mL of urine in my bladder. The catheter was removed 2 days later. In the week that followed it became important for diagnostic reasons to keep precise track of how often I was urinating as well as how much. While I could have built a database app myself to accomplish this I really didn’t want to. When searching the App Store I found iUFlow and installed it. It perfectly met my needs! It’s very easy to use, simple, and allows adding additional detail beyond how much/often that was really helpful. This is one of those apps a person would prefer to never have to use, but when you need it, you’re really glad someone took the time & effort to build it. The app is very intuitive, has nice graphics, and it’s free without ads. Great job guys; thank you for making it!! 😀❤️

Does the job!

Wanted to track my urination frequency as I felt it was a bit excessive and I wanted real data to share with my doctor. This app is simple and easy to log urination and liquid intake. I only have 4 small recommendations for improvement. The first would be to allow decimals or fractions on measurements (i.e. currently only able to put in whole numbers for ounces of urine). The second would be to allow alternative methods of measurement. For example, I’m not measuring my urine in ounces when I use the bathroom. I know duration isn’t as accurate of a measurement, but it would be more accurate to input that I peed for 10 seconds versus having to convert it to ounces based on average urination speed and duration metrics, which might not be accurate for my body anyway. Third, an odor measurement would be useful as well to track if it’s odorless, normal, or strong. (There is a notes box on each entry so that’s where I include details like duration and odor, which is super convenient!) Lastly, the diary feature is great, but requires scrolling to the right to see the notes. It would be great if it could all fit on one screen and show trends and averages of all the data I’ve input. Overall, still a great app. Very simple and easy and meets the basic functionality that I need! Definitely recommend.

Developer Response ,

What a great feedback, thank you very much in assisting us improving our app.
There's a new release available today. It fixes the issue with decimals input when using ounces.
In addition, did you know that you can use the 'timer' option to record the duration of urination? you can do this by tap the stop watch icon next to the Save button in the add pee. Once you tap it for the second time it will stop the timer and put the duration in the urination session notes.
Again, great feedback. If you're ready to give us 5 stars that will be super appreciated as well.

Helpful app could use a couple of tweaks

I’ve been using this to help track daily liquid intake and output and it gets the job done fairly well. I like the color chart selections and the ability to predefine drinks so you can just tap and save. A couple of tweaks would make it 5 stars.

1) An option for urinary volume that lets you choose a non measured guesstimate. Example, instead of volume in ounces (which many people aren’t going to know), something like trickle, squirt, small, medium, large, who let the horse in, etc. Or better still, a slider that lets you dial it in between those. I’m not using a measuring device and have to type this info into the notes field. It’s a “wee” bit tedious.

2) The notes field truncates anything off screen after saving. Similarly the PDF report does not grab this information. If you’re managing a stone or other condition there may be more info to enter than what can fit in that box. It would be very helpful to be able to see all the notes so they can be edited later and to have that information exported to the report.
