Poor Service

You take my money in a subscription but won’t give me my magazine because there is something wrong with my password but you won’t let me change it. Other than this there is no way to contact you.

Yet another failed Magzter account...

Magzter has to be the worst magazine app in existence. Virtually every single magazine through Magzter has failed to transfer between multiple iPads without some form of drama or intervention. Publishers, stop putting your content at risk with an unreliable service!

I can’t cancel!

Having difficulties canceling subscription. Thought it was but continue to get the - u must cancel or will renew on this upcoming date. Frustrating!
