Enjoy the game but recent update has caused problems
I play this game daily but since the update, the tasks are missing from the left side. The game has closed unexpectedly several times. Also, when I am playing a room, it will suddenly shrink to half the size and will not permit me zoom in. I tried rebooting as other people have suggested but these issues continued.
Update: you have had 2 more updates since the update that caused the issues above. While the issue of the missing tasks was resolved, the game constantly shutting itself down is far from resolved. The other night, I was playing rooms and I finally earned enough to play the seasonal room. I opened the room & the app shut down the first time I touched the screen! When I reopened, I had lost all of those points and could not play the round (other games would have automatically refunded me since it wasn’t my fault I was unable to play). I have been playing your game for 3 or 4 years but I am considering leaving because of your failure to fix these issues.
Fun but problematic
I've been playing this game for months now. I have continued to level up, spent my fair share of money on gems and euros, despite the freezing frames and disappearing purchases. Some of the issues seem to have been fixed. But new ones are creeping in. I just reached level 60 and claimed my reward, left the game, and came back to find myself at level 57!! I also find my gems disappearing faster than I have used them. You programmers and developers should be able to develop a glitch free game if you expect people to continue to play. Then today, I just downloaded the newest update to the game, and Lo and behold, when I try to open th game, I hear the music, see the screen where you can watch the game loading, and then ...nothing!! The opening screen is frozen there, and I can’t get into the game at all. This is the worst update ever.

Really like this game. Played the other game Mystery Society II until I got to the end. That was fun too.
I have bought gems and coins many times. A couple of times coins and gems didn’t show up on game. Wrote to support team and they were very helpful. Always got the gems and coins put back in my game. The problem was on my end with apple showing my purchase was pending. Don’t know why apple did that but once pending went away I copied and sent to support team and coins and gems were added back to my game.
