Description
Send your Heart Rate to the Health app from your Bluetooth LE Heart Rate Monitor. In addition to seeing your heart rate in-app, the app will continue to run in the background, adding your heart rate to the Health app once a minute.
You can also easily export a CSV of your heart rate over time.
This app has no ads, and doesn't sell (or even track) your usage to anyone, ever.
Note that Fitbit devices won't work with this app, due to them locking down their Bluetooth communications.

PERFECT!!
Simple & Clean. Displays HR with both number & plot, sends data to Apple "Health" app if I want, runs in the background and works with my Scoche+ HR monitor.
Needs An Update
The app does what it says it will do. No problem there. But with the new watchOS being able to write continuous heart rate data to the health app, this app should match that ability.
Does not do what it says it does
Sure you can see your heart rate once you connect to your device, but that's it. It doesn't update your heart rate on the screen and it doesn't send any info to the health app.
Why does it even have toggles for "measure heart rate" and "send data to health app" when those are the ONLY TWO THINGS IT DOES?
This is a completely useless app.
