This application is a manifestation of a forward thinker putting action into place at just the right time. Mississippi is always the last to be granted permission to be funded, upgraded, chosen, or even allowed to participate in anything that is considered beyond the ‘rice and bean’ staples that barely have gotten us by over the last century. Anything new or fresh if added onto our plate, would be frowned upon as frivolous, as the effort would not be savored as it would with another more ‘progressive’ state. For too long now, we have taken the bottom of the barrel and made it work. But when the bottom of the barrel is rusting out, overaged wood near to rotting with the beams overstretched and no longer hugging the barrel of our economy-thus creating a dire situation where sustainability has and will always be a great obstacle to achieve because too many critical pieces of our infrastructure have failed, yet we are made to watch our leaders chase their tail as they keep on building new roofs on burning down houses. But this app is a fresh breath of air to see emerge out of our state. Although simplistic and lagging in response time quite often...it at least gets the job done. And done better than even the online browser portal which it mimics but without the extra fuss. Good job guys. Next move.... de-bug.

this app makes it so much easier than having to sit on the phone and wait sometimes for hours just to be able to put in my weekly claims every now and then there’s a glitch and it won’t let me go past the first five questions it’ll tell me that I have to answer question one but question one will be answered but usually if I keep pushing and keep pushing eventually it will go to the next section where I put my Social Security number in and sign it and then complete it but besides that this app has not been any kind of problems it’s helped me out tremendously I’ve looked for jobs through this app and I’m just thankful that we have it

Their are some very annoying issues with this app that need to be fixed (which is a very ignorant statement given I know nothing about designing apps..), but I do know that other apps work much better without resetting all the time and without having to do a weird login process and other minor issues..it may just be that the app doesn’t integrate with iOS very well just yet, I’m not sure..But I do know that it is a good app and it’s a good foundation and it can be great, just needs a little work
