As a long time user of your app, and UX professional, the scanner updates that were made in the last update do not work from a usability standpoint. The image is distorted and there’s feedback to know how to position the receipt to get it to work. Thankfully you can manually enter the number, although that’s less than ideal too, but at least it gives you your points. It seems like someone forget to QA this version. I can’t imagine it passed any kind of usability testing with customers.

The App experience is miserable from initial order to check out. Have to enter a credit card since they have no option for Apple Pay or Pay Pal, so you better trust them with your credit card. Seeing how poorly the App experience was, I didn’t want to trust them with security, so that means I’ll need to re-enter CC to use each time. Ordering is challenging, going back or misclicking will often take you to the beginning. From checkout its unclear how to add new items if you decide to order more. Even selecting the location for carry-out is not user friendly. It feels purposely designed to annoy customers. I use many carry out apps, this is by far the worst. But I’ll stay go in and enjoy their food, the app….maybe not again.

This app does not work consistently nor is customer service any help when trying to get a resolution for the many errors. After trying to remedy the ‘network errors’ and not understanding it as an issue on their end, I tried to reset my password with the same/ similar messages, I contacted customer service for help. Customer service was vague in their response without any actual resolution, the last being told, the message will be passed to the app developers for help. I was not asking for help for anything other than the rewards and promotional gift cards to be restored, as I only ‘earned’ them from store PURCHASES.

The store front customer service is stellar… the receipts advertising perks for loyal customers, is a complete scam!
