Tenho 1,72 m e já cheguei a pesar 90 kg. Usei um aplicativo concorrente (gratuito) e emagreci 15 kg e depois comecei academia. Estou bem melhor agora (1 ano depois) porém fiquei impressionado com o abdômen do rapaz pois ainda não tenho abdômen definido. Por isso comprei o aplicativo. Não quero tirar o mérito do garoto, mas o único motivo pelo qual baixei o aplicativo foi pq achei que eu estivesse fazendo alguma coisa errada pela demora da perda de gordura abdominal. Lendo o depoimento dele no aplicativo descobri que foram retirados 4kg de massa gorda através de cirurgia. Muito explica-se o abdômen agora. Repito, parabéns pelo esforço e dedicação, porém se soubesse antes a respeito da lipoaspiração eu não teria gastado 1,99 dólares no aplicativo.
