The VisiTel mobile app allows you to place video calls to detainees in jail. You can place and receive video calls from the comfort of your own home. Approvals for your video visitation is required by the detention center. Not all detention centers support video visitation. Crashes

I like the app but it constantly crashes and it’s getting very frustrating

app don't work??

how can I get the app to work bcuz I have downloaded it but it keeps saying download app and I have no idea what I need to do for it to work so I can have my visit with my wife today someone please help me

Have to get approved every two weeks

I have this app and I like it but every two weeks or so I have to get approved and sometimes it doesn’t approve me, it’s very frustrating because they don’t even give you a reason like I’m approved for in person visits but the at home visits I have to just keep checking to see if I’m approved all the time
