Garbage

This app is the poorest excuse for a mobile app or soft phone I have ever used. Our company already experiences very poor and unreliable service from Spectrum anyway when it comes to our phone service, but this app is just the icing on the cake.

First, nearly half of the calls I receive to my desk phone through this app drop the minute it starts to ring. I’ve rebooted my cell phone, signed out and back into the app, and reinstalled it multiple times, to no avail. Many of my calls drop when I try to answer them. And I am often unable to place calls because as soon as I dial the number, it fails.

Calling support is worthless. The agents are not trained on this app, and there are very few people anywhere in their higher tier support teams that are familiar with it. When we started using this service after reopening from COVID, I spent 3 weeks trying to get support for the issues I was having because I could not get connected to anyone who could even explain what the error messages mean. I have wasted numerous hours trying to get support for the dropped calls, and all the only feedback I get is requests for more call samples.

If you have this service and have been directed to this app, please reconsider, as you are on your own with any problems you have.

Unusable

It is already a poor program but zero customer support. If anything goes wrong you are certainly on your own as no one at Spectrum knew what the program was or how to assist. 1 day of business lost for us.

Great addition to my hosted voice service. Call quality is great.
