The app is to be used in conjunction with the Entrupy device available when you sign up for Entrupy Service. If you have received an invite to this app, you should have received the device.

The company needs to explain more
I downloaded the app and soon found out that it wouldn’t allow me to sign up only sign in. I preceded to read reviews that have mentioned this for over 3 years. I was just about to report the app to apple when I saw an arrow to go to Entrupy website. Seems that you need to go to the website first, purchase a membership then set up an account with user name and password. Then download the app and sign in.
Not working
There’s no way to create an account, once app is installed and try to open it takes you to a Sign On page where it doesn’t allow you to get in. Is this a fake app? 🥊
Love this app!
Love this app! It’s easy to use and if you get stuck... the customer service is awesome and highly responsive. Gives us a sense of peace and security knowing our bags are Entrupy certified!
