Aug 16 I bought a diamond pack and never got it the money was taken from my bank but never got the pack. I was try for a ship and we’ll no diamonds no ship.
Reprehensible App horrible!
I have NEVER seen such a HORRIBLE app support, I have spent thousands of $ on this game and after 20 attempts to contact the crooks no response to help. If you make any purchases from these con artists you deserve to be taken, this behavior is totally reprehensible. Buyer beware! All I asked was to have my credentials restored, they could not do this. This is not even worth one star. I repeat, anyone who uses this app, deserves to be taken.
Recent update not working
Game is/was good but the recent update they just added worked but now I have not been able to log in for over 12 hours. Won't load up past the check for updates screen anymore even tho I was able to download the patch and log in yesterday. Now the app is broken.
