Make it CarPlay compatible

My apartment made us switch to this app instead of a key fob to open up the gate into the parking garage. Would be super helpful and cool to be able to open the gate using the screen on the the car instead of having to pull out your phone and open the app. 🤞🏻

So much friction!

I just want to pay for parking but this app stands in the way, why does it need my phone number, email and credit card just to reserve a free spot in a garage that doesn’t charge for parking? It doesn’t use any of the standard iOS features that make apps easy to use and has no respect for my privacy. I’ll walk further to use another parking lot that prevents me from suffering this app.

Oh no! Those are valid questions! We require your phone number in the off chance that the garage owner needs to get into contact with you. We also ask for your email address in order to give you access to specific parking garages not available to the general public. Neither your phone number or email address is shared with anyone outside of Parkable, except the garage owner as outlined.

As for the credit card, this is information that is stored through Stripe our secure billing partner. We do not have access to this data ourselves! We need billing details in order to protect our parking garage hosts that do charge for parking, to ensure they receive fair compensation for sharing their parking space with parkers like you.

Log on issues

This app won’t let me log on or reset my password. So I tried to find a customer service link and there is no link from the log on screen. So now I can’t park.
