Bugs be-gone! We went full-on Exterminator Mode and squashed those pesky bugs that disrupt your seamless Presto experience.
We’ve also sprinkled some improvements all over the place. Nothing major, just minor improvements that will make your eyebrows raise in appreciation.

I like everything but why no shipping to oman ?!?!?
11street has the worst refund & exchange.
You better pray that seller send you the correct item, else you'll go through the painful refund/exchange. 11street doesn't have a efficient and proper timeline for refund/exchange. They will advise you to choose refund with 11street credits, which is supposed to be immediate, BUT IT IS NOT! I have 2 refund cases with 11street, but up-to-date, my account credit is still ZERO! Called to chase a few times, every time they tell me they have to check with PIC or respective department. My longest refund case has been dragged for 6 months now. 11street Malaysia just not efficient at all. I recommend you all switch to Shopee which is very efficient and fast. I'm not affiliated with Shopee, just a happy customer there. 11street should really learn from Shopee, especially when it comes to refund/exchange.
