Schedulicity Business 4+

This is only for the app not the company or computer version.
My salon has been using this service for quite some time now. Which we love! I just started using the app instead of using it in my Safari. There are a few things that I highly recommend converting from the regular site to the app.
1- instead of just one day or 1 week view at a time. Please add in 3 day view. It helps to see a couple days in advance when trying to book clients.
2- in the week view mode, please show appt info (client name) instead of just solid blocks of color.
3- please show new clients with a star next to their name like the online version.
4- when clicking on the calendar view to be able to look out months at a time. Please add on a button that will bring you back to today’s date instead of having to scroll back to the current month and day. Let’s say I’m on a date two months out, a button I can press to bring me back to today’s schedule will be very convenient.
5- when clicking on an appt and seeing the appt info please show who made the appt, the client or a provider.
6- it would be nice to be able to customize our app to suit our own individual needs. There is only a background and color customize option right now.

They “deleted” my account in the middle of my work day! I couldn’t schedule or take payments… I found this out when checking out my second client of the day… super embarrassing and it was just so flustering… Apparently my payment didn’t go through. I didn’t get the memo… but do you want to know how long it had been? Surely it’d been months, right? At least the account was past due 30 days right? Nope! 12 and 1/2 days! Less than two weeks! I’ve been with this company over 10 years! Anyway, I paid up, reactivated my account, luckily all the client data was still there… remember it read “deleted” not temporarily disabled or something… if you are a small business owner, that is a panic attack! But, as I said once I paid my past due $35… the client information was there… but now I can’t use cards on file… It says I have to upgrade… but it’s the same plan as last week… and there doesn’t seem to be an option to upgrade… Maybe it’s a glitch… maybe it’s a a high pressure sales tactic?! Idk but… I have recommended this company to so many people people… I am super disappointed. Waiting on tech support to get back to me…

Glad to hear you reached out to us at support@schedulicity.com to get help. Cards on file are removed if the account is cancelled although we can get those back on there for you in no time. It would be great to make sure we have all your correct contact information as well since we send emails and texts when the billing fails. I love schedulicity as a whole, and have been using them as my booking service for almost 8 years now. However, the app is lacking & has few features. I do use it for basic look aheads through out the week and it gets the job done with quickly re booking a client. One thing I would absolutely LOVE- is if schedulicity created this app to be Apple Watch compatible. It would be so so so useful through out the day while I’m blow drying, mixing color, etc to just discreetly glance down at my watch to remind myself of when my next client will be in so that I stay on track. When I have to look at my phone I feel like it seems like I’m not present & looks like I’m rushing to get done lol if that makes sense. I would be so so excited if they made basic Apple Watch compatibility with this app :)

We love you too, Molly, and thank you so much for being here all these years! I can't tell you just how much we appreciate you. I also very much appreciate your honest input on our iOS app, and expressing that you'd like to be able to do more with it. While the app is meant to be a more of a on the go booking tool, I can understand wanting more access to settings, etc. And Oh my I'm in love with the idea of an Apple Watch compatibility. That would be amazing! Thanks again, and I hope you're doing great and rocking and rolling over there.
