Remedial App. Sad

This app is ridiculously basic. You really can’t execute any online banking functionalities. It doesn’t show you a running balance with each entry. No touch id functionality. Just remedial. I truly regret they bought my old bank, access national. I have lost so much functionality.

Obvious developers don’t use there own bank and app

Hello ,
I would make it a requirement whoever develops your app, uses your bank and your mobile banking app, this way they would take it seriously-
1-Removing money From one account to another, we need to be able to have “a memo or note “ for a reason why .
2-we need to be able to click on a credit card transaction and make a “memo or note “. For example of a Business owner is trying to expense an item have a drop down field “ food and entertainment”, travel exp food , gas , car repair .I need to make it simple when we export things into quickbooks”
3-Get rid of this three factor authentication stuff, this makes it difficult to log into websites and connect your business account With budgeting tool
4-for goodness sake, be able to reset your password after 90 days inside the app and not have to go to a browser !!
5-Also, for goodness sake, please let us know, or Password will be expiring in 5 days for example and NOT all of a sudden expire and be traveling and have bad internet and have to log into a browser and have to reset password

The Worst Application

By far one of the worst applications to log into. This app never remembers your login and password and I have had to call customer service (waiting 30-45 minutes on the phone each time) to get logged back into at least 5 times in the past 6 months. I’ve had the same user and password every time.

The app should be saving your company ID and the username if selecting the save option.
