Version 4.56.0
EverTrue Signal customers will now see a new Home Screen in the EverTrue app. This Home Screen will include:
• Quick Actions: You now have the option, right from the app Home Screen, to tap and quickly open the form to create an interaction, add a new meeting, or start a new trip.
• Tasks: See a selection of the tasks assigned to you. From the Home Screen, you can also navigate to a new dedicated Tasks area of the app where you can view all of your tasks, see the tasks you’ve assigned to others, and have the chance to create new tasks. No more wrangling sticky notes to remind yourself of next steps!
• Suggested Tasks: For constituents that are assigned to you, we’ll look through all of their recent interactions and suggest next steps that you should take in your cultivation of those constituents. These suggestions will show up under the “Suggested Tasks” area of the Home Screen, and you can choose to add these to your tasks list.

Valuable on-the-road fundraising tool
I would not be successful in my role as a front-line fundraiser without EverTrue app and the easy-to-use functionality. I’m quickly able to learn about a donor, see previous interactions, giving, and engagement/wealth scores. The integration with outlook and maps (google, apple, and waze) make working on the road effortless. I use the heat map of other donors in the area while planning trips. I use this tool everyday, and would highly recommend to your advancement shop.

I’ve been a user for almost five years and can’t say enough about its ease of use and functionality. Whether it’s looking up constituents, planning trips, or entering interactions, both the laptop and desktop versions. Once you embrace the mapping and filter functions, the speed at which you can maximize your efficiency in prospect management. The addition of Windfall has been the best investment we’ve made all year. The EverTrue support team members are all knowledgeable and incredibly responsive.
