As a Health Advocate member, it puts our experts and resources right at your fingertips for quick and convenient access anytime, anywhere, allowing you to reach all of your Health Advocate programs as well as other health, wellness and benefits services in one place. Based on the Health Advocate services and benefits you have available, you can:
· Receive personalized alerts about tests and screenings
· Check the status of a case in real time
· View a snapshot of your benefits package
· Read healthy tips and articles
· Hands-free tracking with Apple Health and other fitness devices available to members with Wellness
· Access 24/7 live support to help with healthcare- and insurance-related issues
The app offers something for every member, whether you need to speak to a Personal Health Advocate quickly or want to access trusted health information. Health Advocate’s new app meets members where they are in their healthcare journeys, providing personalized help every step of the way.

Being “my person”
I’ve given the 5 star rating without first having any experiences with the company or app yet. If necessary I will reassess and edit but I’m sincerely hoping that my high hopes and newfound comfort is only strengthened as we move forward as I have only just signed up 5 mins ago and have never utilized the type of services offered here. However, right away I’m going to be taking advantage of this perk offered to me by my job. I honestly can’t think of a single working adult I know who could say this wouldn’t be a helpful, time saving aid.
But…. Maybe it’s a personality typing coming out here or some other complexity of my makeup, but to me it’s a sense of security to know that I have someone in my corner. Not having any family Per say or really feeling close enough to talk about some things about my Private health with the people I am closer to this makes it possible for me to still have somebody I know that is on my side and who literally has my well-being as their job.
Weekly User
I use the app week my for myself and for my family. Absolutely love it! Can’t wait for the new UI update in ‘22.
Also, if you prefer to call their Advocates, like I do sometimes, they’re extremely helpful and available 24/7.
