Cumbersome to say the least

Although I have had a very pleasant experience banking with MidFirst, their app is by far one of the most lackluster things I have ever seen. Even smaller banks I have been a part of have better functionality. I see now that the regular app has FaceId, but as a customer with personal and business accounts, I appear to be stuck with the business version. As prior users have stated, it is not much better online. Your password is always constantly needing to be changed so that you have to try and keep track of it in your head (again, FaceId would cure this) I hate to even think it because I do like the bank, but since I do not use my business accounts for small business loans etc, I may just have to move back to a bank with better ease of access over small business options that I do not use.

Yikes! Please fix the ipad version to handle landscape mode!

Oh my, this new update lists incorrect account balances in my accounts; it effectively has become useless on the ipad, made ever more frustrating because it won’t transition to landscape mode now. Such a cumbersome infrastructure Midfirst has with this app; screams of local and cheap. Don’t get me wrong; we picked Midfirst because they ARE local. But this stuff is just not in the professional league one expects from a bank supposedly as great as Midfirst. This app is often the customer’s very first impression on a daily basis of Midfirst. Midfirst has an ongoing campaign to try to get new customers; something is seriously wrong within its infrastructure to be putting out this horribly ineffective product.

Great bank, terrible app.

Dealing with the MidFirst bankers is always first rate.
It is the closest thing to a boutique bank in terms of how you are treated by the bankers and employees, so kudos to them in a day and age where the big banks have employees who just don’t care, or are just two weeks in on this next job (or just out of prison ).
The App is horrible, even for 1995. There is no rhyme or reason by any of the sun menus. The desktop version makes even less sense. They have been working on the next version seemingly for the last few years but it never comes .
