Re-Installed because of bugs
App has worked well for the most part but got stuck in a loop starting a couple weeks ago (sign-in...log-off, authentication, etc). Had to delete and re-install to work again.
Worst banking app I’ve ever used
Ever since I opened my account with people’s bank I’ve had issues with this app. Customer service has never been able to help. I sign in and have to resubmit all of my information/ receive text authorization every single time I open the app. When I click on my account to view balance/charges I’m automatically signed out.
Honestly having peoples bank is a time warp back to 1999, it seems as though they’ve pretty much given up mobile banking
Can’t make a mobile deposit
Keeps crashing every time I take an image of a check for the mobile deposit. On average, one out of 10 attempts has been successful. This became an issue over the last few weeks.
