When its works it’s great BUUUTT!
When it works it’s great but Devs need to figure out why I have to shut down my phone to have it re synchronize . I get a blank screen with the spinning wheel of death and nothing shows up. . Once I turn the phone completely off and turn it back on . Then I get the refresh screen… hopefully this will be corrected during the next update.
Decent for the most part
I’ve been with Aya Per Diem East for about a year now. I still have the IPhone 12 and the app works decent for the most part but sometimes new shift notifications will pop up and the app will be so slow. When this happens it will be impossible to pick up the shift before it’s taken. I know there are many people trying to get it as well but this needs to be addressed. Also there are too many things on the screen “interested facilities, etc” keep it simple! Available, accepted, cancelled! I like the history button and FAQs. Keep improving!

Screen and side scrolling issue.
I would love to try this app for obtaining per diem shifts, however, there may be a software compatibility problem for me. I use an iPhone XS, so relatively new, but it IS a smaller screen. Before entering any info I can see the entire screen, all of the “required information lines” and the confirm button. However after beginning to enter the required information, It seems the “side scroller” only goes a portion of the way down. I can not get to the end of the application to complete application entries or even see the confirm button at the end. I hope this is helpful for your tech staff.
